each project and provide a fixed price quotation to complete the

Services:
-Design Review
Our engineers will review your design to ensure it matches the
customer expectations. We'll check that the system is designed to
a viable topology, and that you've quoted for the correct equipment
and licenses.
-Planning
We will plan a 'risk free', 'on-time' implementation with you.
Co-ordinating equipment lead times, engineering availability, and
service installations and cut overs. We can stage implementations,
offering proof of concept, trial users, and migration from existing
legacy systems. We'll work with your customer to agree dial plans,
inbound call routing, and user and group settings.
-Network Readiness We will work with your customer to ensure that
their LAN, WAN and network security infrastructure is suitable for
IP telephony. We must ensure that there is sufficient bandwidth
for high quality voice and that voice does not effect the performance
of business applications.
-Installation
System Installation and Programming We will install the IP PBX,
and connect to the network, telephony services and legacy PBX. We'll
program the system to the agreed configuration and test to pre defined
schedules.
User Installation
We install phones to desks, deploy MXIE, and test user network
and PBX connection. We can advise on and if required complete home
worker and remote worker installations, either by attending site
or by preconfiguration and shipment.
Back-Ups and Documentation
We provide system back-ups and documentation for you to provide
to the end user.
Cut Over Support
Our engineers can be available on site or by telephone to provide
cut over support.
-Training
We provide training for your engineers, or your customers, at our
premises, your premises or, your customer premises.
Courses include:
Zultys MX USer / Operator Training.
Zultys MX Administrator Training.
-Maintenance
Whether you require an exchange / repair contract for IP phones,
or an on site maintenance contract for an IP telephony solution,
Siracom has the answer.
We provide telephone support, software updates and hardware maintenance,
either with engineers on site, or next day replacement.
