Here’s a good example – feedback from a reseller following a recent installation:
I would like to offer my thanks to Tom for all of his help with the delivery of Meru Access Points for a new Academy being built in London.
Our courier failed to deliver the Access Points on the assigned delivery day, which left us in an awkward position, as the building contractors had taken the ceiling tiles out and were putting them back the following day.
This would have delayed their programme considerably and the situation was getting very tense. Tom chased the couriers on the second day only to be told that they had lost the delivery. He then offered to take a replacement order to the customer site personally to keep the customer happy and was about to set off when the original order turned up.
I don’t know of any other company that would have offered to do this and this is one of the reasons we like dealing with Siracom.
